• ICI is NOT a practice of medicine, as defined by the Washington (State) Board of Medical Quality Assurance, RCW 81.71.
• ICI will not examine, diagnose, treat, prescribe to, order tests on, prognosticate or advise any client.
• ICI will not engage in any counseling or recommending any test or evaluation, treatment or facility,  course of therapy or render a “second opinion” to any client.
• CONSULTATIONS are for information only and are not for determining  diagnosis or treatment means, methods or modalities.
